Pianos require a four-person crew, custom blanket-wrap, a piano skid, and a stair-climber for any stairs. Concert grands get partially disassembled. Uprights ride strapped to the skid the whole way.
We'll recommend a tuner in your area for the post-move tuning — pianos always need a touch-up after a move no matter how careful the crew. We won't pretend otherwise.
