1. What we collect
When you call us, email us, fill out the quote form, or use the estimator, you may share: name, phone number, email, origin and destination address, target move date, inventory details, and any notes about specialty items.
When you load this site we receive standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for spam protection, rate limiting, and uptime monitoring. We do not run third-party trackers beyond what's required for our hosting and analytics.
2. How we use it
We use what you share to send you a quote, schedule the move, and follow up afterward. Period.
Internally we keep a record of the lead in our CRM so the team can collaborate on your move and reach back out if a slot changes. The CRM lives in the shared Frontend Horizon Supabase database under our IOND tenant.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with marketing companies.
- We do not send unsolicited mass email.
- We do not use it for anything outside of fulfilling your move and following up after.
4. Email + SMS
If you give us an email address, we may send: a quote confirmation, a move-day reminder, and a follow-up note after the move. Outbound SMS is opt-in only — we'll never text you unless you asked us to.
5. Retention
We keep lead records for as long as we're actively working with you, then archive them for warranty + repeat-business context. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing hello@inandoutnodoubt.com.
6. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only — they keep the booking form functional and the rate limiter working. No third-party advertising cookies.
7. Updates
We'll update this page if our practices change and post the new effective date at the top. If anything material changes about how we handle existing leads' data, we'll email those leads directly.
