Local Moves

DFW + East-Texas household moves done on the day promised

Door-to-door across Dallas, Mabank, Wylie, Athens, Gun Barrel City and the surrounding metro. Faith-forward crews, transparent flat-rate pricing, no hidden fuel or stair fees.

How Local Moves Goes

Three steps from quote to keys in hand.

01

Free In-Home or Video Walk-Through

We walk every room with you — or do it by video — and inventory what's actually moving. No phone-call ballparks; you get a flat written quote before we touch a box.

02

Crew, Truck, and Calendar Locked

One named crew lead is assigned to your move. Truck and crew size are matched to the inventory — not upsized to pad hours. We show up at the time we said, not 'sometime in the morning.'

03

Load · Drive · Place Where You Want It

Pads, blankets, shrink-wrap, and dolly the whole way. Furniture gets placed where you actually want it in the new home — not stacked in the garage. Boxes labeled by room.

What Affects the Price

We won't pretend we know your number before we see your move.

  • Distance and number of stops (origin / storage / destination)
  • Number of rooms, oversized furniture, and specialty items (piano, safe, gym, hot tub)
  • Stairs, elevator, long-carry, and tight access at either property
  • Packing services added (boxes only, fragile items only, or whole-home)
  • Move date — weekday vs. weekend vs. end-of-month peak window

Common Questions

Straight answers, before you ask.

What does a local move cost?

Local moves are billed at a flat written rate, not by the hour. The number is locked at the in-home or video walk-through — no surprises on move day. Typical 2-3 bedroom local moves in DFW or East Texas run $600–$1,800 depending on inventory, stairs, and access.

Do you provide boxes and packing materials?

Yes — boxes, tape, pads, shrink-wrap, mattress bags, and wardrobe boxes are all available. Add full packing or partial packing (fragile items, kitchen only, etc.) as a bundle when you book.

How early should I book?

Two to three weeks in advance is ideal — especially for end-of-month, end-of-school-year, and summer weekends. We do take last-minute moves when crews are available; call us and we'll tell you straight.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured to move households in Texas. Insurance certificates can be sent directly to your apartment building or HOA on request.

Discounts We Honor

Active or retired military, first responders, teachers, ministry leaders, and 60+ — mention it at the walk-through and we'll apply it to your written quote.
