Item Survey & Rigging Plan

We come look at the item — upright vs. baby grand, gun safe weight class, hot-tub access path. The rigging plan (dollies, stair-climbers, hoist if needed, padding spec) is locked before we ever lift.

Proper Padding, Proper Crew Size

Pianos get full custom pads + skids + four-person crew (more for grands). Safes get heavy-duty stair-climbers and rolled-steel plates over hardwood. Hot tubs get pre-cut plywood paths to protect lawns.

Delivered, Tuned, and Set Up

Pianos placed where you want them — and we'll recommend a tuner in your area for the post-move tuning. Safes placed and re-leveled. Hot tubs re-set on existing or new pads.

Do you really move grand pianos?▾

Yes — uprights, baby grands, and full-size 9' concert grands. Four-person crews, custom skid + pad, stair-climber for stairs, and we'll recommend a tuner for the post-move tuning. Insured separately.

What's the heaviest safe you'll move?▾

We've moved 2,000+ lb gun safes and commercial-grade vaults. Anything heavier we'll send a rigging specialist for a quote — but we can usually handle it.

Will my hot tub make it without scratching the lawn?▾

Yes — pre-cut plywood path across grass, hand-trucks under the tub, and we re-set on the new pad. We'll tell you ahead of time if any plumbing or electrical needs to be disconnected by a licensed pro first.

Do you ship restaurant kitchen equipment?▾

Yes — commercial ovens, hoods, walk-in components, line equipment, refrigeration. Tied into our Corporate Relocations book when a full restaurant relocates.
