Room-by-room inventory with photos. The adjuster gets a digital copy the same day for the contents claim file.

Pad-wrap, label, photo-document. Crew lead on-site is your single point of contact for the duration.

Climate-controlled storage on our floor. Contents cleaning happens in parallel — soft, hard, and specialty items.

Do you bill the carrier directly?

Yes — we work with most major carriers. Once we have the claim number and adjuster contact, the contents-side invoice goes straight to the carrier. We keep the GC and homeowner copied on every invoice.

What's your COI turnaround?

24 hours from carrier requirements landing in our inbox. We carry the limits restoration GCs typically require ($1M / $2M GL, auto, workers' comp). Need higher? We can usually accommodate.

How fast can you mobilize for an emergency?

Will you re-bill the homeowner if scope changes?

Only if the job scope actually changes (new rooms, more contents, longer storage). We don't surprise-bill at pack-back. If something shifts, we tell you and the homeowner first, in writing, before the cost lands.

Do you handle specialty items mid-claim?

Yes — pianos, gun safes, hot tubs, antique furniture, art, restaurant kitchen equipment. These are the 8 specialty items we move on the regular consumer side too. No upcharge for partners on the standard list.
